Please be 100% sure before placing an order.

Strictly no cancellations are allowed after claiming the item/s.

If items are PAYO, payment must be settled within 24 hours. After the given time late payment fees will apply.

Photoproofs will be sent after payment or once onhand.

I will not be held responsible for any delays, damages or losses caused by the shipping courier.

I will only keep your item/s for 2 weeks after sending the shipping form. If unclaimed, they will be disposed with no refunds.

Unpaid balances / fees = no shipment.

Please do not claim if you are sensitive and impatient.

Items secured from overseas are under FETA.

Arrival of items in PH will be within 3–14 days after shipment from the international address, if there are no delays.

ISF is not yet included in the price of the items. It will be collected once your items are onhand.

Non-photocard items may require higher fees.

Most of the time, condition of items from overseas are not disclosed.
